1. Are prints returnable?

No, all prints are non-returnable. We take great care to ensure that each print meets the highest quality standards before it leaves our shop. If you order the wrong print please let me know within 24 hours so we can cancel the order.

1a. Is Apparel returnable?

Since we use Printify’s print-on-demand service, all products are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color is chosen, or if you change your mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll offer a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days. Just use the "Submit issue" form and include a photo of the problem.

Please note, we can’t offer refunds or reprints for wrong size or color choices. For failed deliveries, you can request a reprint (for an extra charge) or a partial refund. Small variations in print placement (up to 0.5") aren’t considered defects.

2. What should I do if my print arrives damaged or the wrong print is sent out?

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ahad@designbyahad.com with the subject line "Damaged Print." Include photos of the damaged print in your email. Once we receive your email and verify the damage, we will promptly send you a replacement print. If the wrong print is sent out please let us know with a picture and we will send a replacement print asap.

3. How are A4 prints packaged?

Each A4 print is carefully enclosed in an acid free archival laminating pouch for extra protection. They are then placed inside C4 envelopes. A hard board is added to keep the print from bending.

4. How are A3 prints packaged?

A3 prints are covered in acid-free tissue paper and sent carefully rolled in a durable box.

5. How are A2 prints packaged?

A2 prints are rolled carefully, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in a durable box.

6. How are combined orders (A2 + A3/A4) packaged?

Orders containing both A2 and A3/A4 prints will be packaged together after being rolled carefully.

7. What materials are used to protect the prints during shipping?

We use laminating pouches + acid free tissue paper to protect the prints and a sturdy box for packaging.

8. What if I don't see my country in the shipping options?

Please contact us at ahad@designbyahad.com with the subject line "Shipping Destination" for assistance with shipping to your country. Or use the contact form below.

9. What paper do you use?

CURRENT PAPERS: Canson Arches 88 (a4 and a3) + Somerset Velvet (a2). Some prints will have Canson Aquarelle Watercolour Paper or Canson Arches Rivas if they are on a special, limited edition run.

10. Can I pay with crypto or in private?

Yes, Paypal should have an option to allow you to pay in Crypto. If you prefer another method, send me a message at ahad@designbyahad.com, with the subject line "Private Payment"

11. What about customs and duties?

Non-UK customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
