Packaging Details:

A4 Prints: Each A4 print is carefully enclosed in a Acid Free laminating pouch and a hardboard backing for extra protection. A4 prints are sent in a hard backed A4 envelope.

A3 Prints: A3 prints are rolled carefully and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed inside a sturdy tube to ensure their safety during transit.

A2 Prints: A2 prints are rolled carefully, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and then packaged in sturdy tubes to ensure their safety during transit.

Combined Orders (A2 + A3/A4): Orders containing both A2 and A3/A4 prints will be packaged together in a sturdy tube and acid free tissue paper.
Processing Time for Fine Art Prints
A3 and A4 Prints
All A3 and A4 prints are produced in-house. This includes the printing, packaging, and preparation for shipping. As a result, please allow a processing time of 3-10 days before your order is dispatched.
A2 Prints
For orders with A2 prints, printing is done out of house. Once printed, the A2 prints are collected and signed by Ahad before being shipped. Please allow a processing time of 10-20 business days for these orders.
Shipping and Delivery
United Kingdom
Once shipped, orders within the UK should arrive within 5 working days. All shipments will include a tracking number for your convenience and peace of mind. All purchases are sent via tracked and insured shipping services.
European Union and International Orders
Delivery Time: For international orders, including those within the European Union, the delivery timeframe is typically 5-10 working days after dispatch.
Every EU and international shipment will be accompanied by a tracking number to ensure you can monitor the progress of your delivery. All purchases are sent via tracked and insured shipping services.
Additional Information + Damage
While we strive to adhere to the stated delivery times, please be aware that sometimes orders may take longer. This can be for many reasons such as customs delays, postal service disruptions, ink depletion and empty stock. You will be contacted by Ahad if any delays are expected.
As almost all prints are made to order we do not accept returns, however, if your print arrives damaged, please contact Ahad on ahad@designbyahad.com with evidence of the damage and we will replace the print free of charge.
Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
We ship from the UK, so EU orders may incur import VAT (around 20%) and a small handling fee on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and aren’t included in our prices.
